Good movie. Loved Russell Crowe and Burt Reynolds. Good storyline that moved well. Had some good laughs. Sort of like a grown up Bad News Bears. Lots of hockey, so if that's not your cup of tea, don't see it. I loved it.

A spontaneous drop in viewing with unexpected results. Enjoyable, I will watch Maury Chaykin in anything, I mean anything, as his brilliance shines and Russell Crowe ain't too bad either! It even sparked a renewed interest in hockey for me... although I still think the NHL has too many teams!

I liked this movie because it was simple and entertaining. I'm not a movie critic and the only thing that I look for in a film is: was I entertained? I recommend that film because it's an original (and not one of those "sorry I don't have an original script so I'll just remake another one") In short... thumbs up!

This was a pleasant surprise. I know it's not going to be a block buster film, but it's worth your time. It's heart warming, funny, and has HOCKEY! Great cast that you can actually believe. Great choice of movie.
