I just can't take more than 5 minutes of Brian O'Halloran. The movie is witty and crude enough. I managed to laugh here and there.

Not going to be the classic the original was but pretty [...] funny. Not a film you want to take to mom & dad's to watch. The conversations get pretty crude. Think more buddies and beer.

I wish I could say I was impressed with this movie but I wasn't. I was trying to find the humour in this movie but I found it lacking the originality of the first Clerks movie. I found Clerks to be so amazing but this one was no where near as good.

Whod a thought you could get an 18A rating for a movie with so much dialogue. Oh well, must have been the conversations of ATM, that cracked me up big time! Kevin Smith has reinstated his Genius rating in my mind.

This movie is about two grown-up losers that don't really know what to do with their lives. This movie is hilarious, but only if you understand dirty humour! Some parts are gross and others histarically funny! Definitely worth seeing!

Clerks II was everything I hoped it would be and more. It connected with all or most of the old characters and left room for new developments. Kevin Smith has a way of surprising even the most un-surpriseable audiences..

Be warned: this movie is a "must see" only if you wish to leave your brain at home and enjoy a relaxing evening air-headed. Better than the first one, if even more low-life-ish (yup, hard to believe, I know) I, and most of the spectators, was laughing out hard most of the time :-)

There were parts in it that were awesome where I was on the ground laughing my ass off, but then there where parts that made you cringe just cuz of the context, but other than that it was a great laugh, just not the movie of the summer.

To anyone who actually wants to know how good or bad this movie is, read this please. I am a huge fan of Kevin Smith but I have always hated with a passion the first clerks. My boyfriend had to bug me for two hours to convince me to go see the second film and I have to tell you that it's Kevin Smith's best work yet. You can hear Kevin Smith behind all his characters and this time the film is more developped than the first one, it's not at all shallow like the first one. Go see it, it is a masterpiece, even with it's vularity. YOu must know that with a writer like Kevin Smith, you'll hear just about anything.

After recently watching the original film again to refresh my memory I went into the second film not expecting as much. The original was simply wonderful. Dialogue is a lost art. It is ironic that Smith is the mute and so perfect in itself when he is responsible for such a great dialogue based flick. Clerks II is in the same vein albeit a more emotional picture. I found it the Yang to the Yin of the first film. If you miss the second film, you will not truly understand the first.

A perfect sequel. It maintains the spirit of the original while continuing the story and not repeating jokes or situations (like Austin Powers is so guilty of) This movie is sick, vulgar, offensive and absolutey hilarious. But it also has heart and a great message, which if you missed it, you must be a drone. Wink. See Clerks, then see Clerks II if you liked that.

'Got Christ? ' - Again Jay and Silent Bob deliver... I mean... deliver. Even though the plot wasn't based on J & S. B. Clerks II delivered disgusting, unthinkable and Grotesque but suitable humor. The Conversations were true to the characters, nothing seemed out of placed or mismatched. How so immature the movie was, maturity was required for the jokes... lol 8/10.

First I'd like to start by saying this movie was awesome and it was just as good, if not maybe better than the first Clerks. SEE CLERKS BEFORE YOU SEE CLERKS 2!!! If you havn't seen the first Clerks movie then there is no point to see this. If you liked the first Clerks then chances are you'll love this! I noticed one bad review on the site and the person said the movie sucked and was a waste of money and all that jazz, but I wonder if this person had the brains to see the original Clerks, "hmmm it says Clerks 2, but I'm too lazy to go out to the movie store and rent the first one for 2$." Seriously it says Clerks 2 (---- the two thing is really important here. Dont spend 20$ to go to the theater and watch the movie if you havn't seen the first Clerks (and I'm pretty sure there are movies based on the same people in between these two, but I havn't seen them so its obviously not that important) The movie was great, it was just as fun and crazy as the first Clerks and I dont think they could have made it any better. This movie is inappropriate for people of all ages and I'm sure there are many people that would be very offended watching this movie, and to those people I say loosen up a little, its just a movie. Dont take a child to this movie whatever you do! It contains so very inappropriate scenes and I'm sure a child would have some questions that would probably be very hard to answer. But for everyone who isn't easily offended, scene the first movie and loves funny movies should come check this one out.

It was funny. Everybody in the theatre laughed at least 1 part. It was pretty funny. A little akward, not something to go see with your parents or anything. [...] Take a friend with a good sense of humour. It's worth seeing, but maybe wait for it to come out on DVD.

There is a certain amateurish charm to most Kevin Smith movies. Clerks 2 feel (and looks) like one of those cheese-ball comedies from the 80's. Something like Summer Job or Revenge of the Nerds. Not sure if Mr. Smith would appreciate that comparison but movies like these do have some redeeming value. It's fun to laugh at stupid, immature jokes. This movie is loaded with them. What more do you expect?

Dante, Randall, Jay and Silent Bob are all back for this sequel. When Dante and Randall's convenience/video store burns down, they reach a crossroads in their lives because they don't know what to do next. This sequel is much more serious than the cult classic original and therefore, in my opinion, not nearly as good.
