In this Australian film Steve (Gary Sweet) works in middle management, and it is his birthday After learning he has gotten a promotion, returns, ready tocelebrate with his wife, only to find she (Helen Buday) and their two children have disappeared without a trace. Alexandra, however has left a parting gift - a VHS tape labelled 'Play me.' When Steve plays the taoe he must then immediatley come to terms with the holes in his marriage and himself.
