In a last-ditch attempt to reconstruct his life, George Monroe tears down his house, and goes to work designing and building a new dream house. As the structure is erected, the complications of George's life come to the fore. But George is determined to build this new house, even if it means refurbishing his entire life. What begins as a way for George to redeem his own bruised dreams turns into something much bigger than he ever imagined, and something far stronger than just a shelter.
